Cooking can be a fun time to bond with the kids, they learn basic safety and awareness in the kitchen. Children will become more independent. The more they do it, the more confident they become in their abilities.
PSBE students along with their parents prepared and baked cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Children spoke about their baked goodies and the method of preparation. The teacher made a presentation of the event and exhibited with the virtual class. This activity was a fun filled and was enjoyed a lot by the children. This was an opportunity for both the child and the parent to work together. As a token of appreciation children were given a certificate of participation.
